the hotel itself seemed modern and super clean to me. the breakfast offerings were lovely, and i especially liked the snack menu. i found the complimentary shuttle service within the immediate area quite useful.
i noticed that the immediate area surrounding the building seemed a bit unkempt.

the room had a modern aesthetic and was notably clean. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and two separate sinks, which i found convenient. the room provided a relaxing space.

the staff provided attentive service (carlo, the lifeguard, stood out as particularly cute). i was happy to hear that most of the staff spoke fluent english. the front desk staff provided helpful assistance with directions and information.

train noiseunstocked minibar
I was really annoyed by some things. first, the soundproofing was awful. i heard trains all night. It really disrupted my sleep. also, the minibar wasn't restocked daily. i had to call down each day to ask for water and snacks. this became very tiresome.

the pool was very nice and the gym had equipments. rooms were perfect for our family visit. breakfast was always delicious and offered variety. the hotel staff was helpful to arrange sight seeing trips for tourist places.
the surrounding area had a unclean look and there wasn't so much to do within walking distance.

i loved how spacious and modern the rooms were! my room included a nice balcony. the staff were helpful, arranged transportation to attractions and the airport. the location is great for visiting naples and sorrento!
the taxi i booked through the hotel for airport transportation didn't arrive on time.
